Bomboane de ciocolata

Ce-mi place bucatareala simpla, care nu consuma timp, bani si nu fura din energia corpului!

Asadar:

Ingrediente:

  • 2 linguri peanut butter
  • 2 linguri pudra de carob (roscove)
  • 2 lunguri miere de albina
  • cativa mieji de nuca, maruntita
  • lapte vegetal (eu am folosit de migdale)

Mod de preparare:

Untul de arahide, pudra de carob si mierea se incorporeaza bine. Peste acestea se toarna lapte vegetal, incalzit, amestecand compozitia, pana ce se obtine o consistenta molcuta, ca de iaurt (ha!).

Se adauga nuca maruntita. Ciocolata obtinuta se pune in forme si se da la congelator.

Eva a adaugat pentru un aspect “de revista” niste chestii colorate, pline de zahar. 🙂 Bomboanele se tin la congelator; se scot cu vreo 10 minute inainte de a fi consumate.
